This portal is a resource provided by Legent Health for physicians with medical staff privileges at Legent Health-affiliated facilities (“Legent Health Physicians”), and authorized staff, to facilitate care coordination. The portal includes and is available to all Legent Health Physicians who maintain all licenses, certifications, and credentials required by applicable law and the applicable facility’s medical staff bylaws and who choose to participate, free of charge (“Qualifying Physicians”). No Qualifying Physician who chooses to participate is excluded. Searches within the portal will return all Qualifying Physicians meeting search criteria. Use of this directory does not establish referral obligations or exclusive arrangements, and Legent Health Physicians remain at all times free to make referrals to any providers of their choice, whether or not affiliated with Legent Health. Physician participation is voluntary.
